With 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and an additional two decades in client relations, Peter brings both technical expertise and a strong commitment to personalized care. For the past 15 years he has focused extensively on Medicare. Having completed thousands of successful enrollments, he specializes in simplifying complex information in a relatable way that provides steady, reliable guidance clients can trust during enrollment and long after.
Peter enjoys working in Medicare because he gets to know so many wonderful people. As a Medicare recipient himself, he takes seriously people’s goals for quality of life, family stability, and preparing for the future. When he’s not serving clients, he loves spending time with his three children and five grandchildren.
William Rousseau
With 4 years of Medicare experience, William focuses on helping clients navigate Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, and Prescription Drug Plan options. William’s strength lies in translating technical information into clear, practical terms. He understands that Medicare is not one-size-fits-all and adapts his guidance to each client’s individual needs and priorities.
Drawing on prior roles as a paralegal, quality assurance analyst, and mixed media artist, he brings attention to detail, creativity, and vision to Medicare planning. When not helping clients, William enjoys producing music and watching sports, especially football.
